Replace the proprietary name throughout the labeling, after FDA proprietary-name reviewPrior approval supplement2004 §X.B; 21 CFR 314.70(b)(2)(v)(A)

Note: FDA designates no lower category for a proprietary-name change, so the labeling default applies: PAS (2004 §X.B; 314.70(b)(2)(v)(A)), and the name also appears in PLR Highlights (314.70(b)(2)(v)(C)). The new name must clear FDA proprietary-name review. Exception: after an ownership transfer, 21 CFR 314.72(b) lets the new owner report a brand-name change in the next annual report.

Other items in I. Administrative changes

Not regulatory advice. The binding text is each regulator's current official document; confirm the category with the authority before filing. FDA publishes no classification table: the US category follows FDA guidance or, where the guidance does not name the change, the closest example under 21 CFR 314.70.
